I was sore as heck the day after my first Stage 7 (more than any other stage). I did push through my second workout two days later, and the day after that I was only moderately sore. After Workout 3 I was fine.

Stretch a lot, use the foam rollers, and be sure to get plenty or protein on lifting days.
