yesterday did a bunch of house work.

Fat Loss I Workout B5

DL 1x12x115 2x12x120
DB Incline Bench Press 2x12x 22.5e 1x9x22.5e

BSS 3x12ex10e
DB Pull-overs 3x12ex17.5e (with dumbbells I used a neutral grip, it seemed a bit easier)

RDL 3x12x95
SWB Upper Body Russian Twist. 3x12xBW

Felt good today.
