I'm not sure it was much of a recipe, but I made lime/ginger chicken a while back using lime juice, crystallized ginger, and a touch of honey with some chicken stock. Also the tandoori chicken recipe that I've been using calls for lime juice. Just let me know if you want any more information on those. You didn't mention meat(s) in that list so I'm not sure what's on your 'okay list'
