I do bet you are the exception to the rule about daily use though. And since you are, the low setting is the "smart" thing to do. I know I wack my watches about, especially the thicker one.... and the smack of the crystal against a door frame always makes me cringe in terror .. not shattered yet, but if you get a nice hit with a higher set diamond, you might not notice it until you get home...
