If you're going to wear it for extended periods of time you should invest in the Polar WearLinkŪ + 31 coded transmitter. It came with my F11, and I've slept in it. After a while I tend to forget I have it on. In the end I'm not a watch person and wearing the watch all day bugs me more. Although, I admit I don't bother wearing it all day much anymore. Just every now and then to see where I'm at.
