Good..
I've lost 20lbs so far..
Looks like I might have to tweak the cal. total a bit to keep the loss rate consistant, now that I'm 20 lbs. lighter..
I've been at 211 for the past week or so, so I'm CONSIDERING seeing what happens if I go down to 2600 per day..
