My heavy bench sessions are 5 X 5 @ 225lbs.
My heavy close grip sessions are 5 X 5 @ 185lbs.
My light bench sessions are 3 X 10 @ 185lbs.
My light close grip sessions are 3 X 10 @ 135lbs.
