How funny. That's actually not a bad idea, to have her do the body weight matrix with you! Kids love that kind of stuff, and since there's no weights it's not harmful to them, and it will get her some exercise and basic training in balance and coordination. Unless she doesn't need it, if she does gymnastics or dance or something already. I am going to try to interest my boys in doing that with me when I get to that stage.
