Whoops! I've been doing 10 reps per leg for the one-point row...I guess that helps explain why I'm so pooped when I finish those sets!!! I suppose I'll dial it back to 5 reps per side for my 4th time through this workout and just increase from the 20lb. dumbbells I was using...
Ohh and for the woodchop, I'm also doing 10 reps per side. Is this supposed to be 5/side as well?
