You will most likely experience soreness when you change stages. I started stage 6 on Monday, and hadn't really felt sore in a while. Well after doing the negative chins, and the 10 sets of lat pull downs, my arms and shoulders and upper chest were so sore!
It had been a really long time since I'd felt that, since Easter when I had gone to a different gym while visiting my parents, and attended a body combat class. The new moves and the enthusiasm of the teacher were very enjoyable and made me push myself. I was so sore the next day, but it was a good sore. It was enjoyable (in a weird way) to feel the muscle moving. Like a reconnecting with my body.
Stage 6 WO B1 wasn't as painful (thankfully! LOL) and I'm actually looking forward to doing the A workout again, cuz I know I won't be as sore, a testament to gaining strength!
