Week 6 day 4

**I also wanted to mention that I stayed on plan for yesterday's cals...well, I'm sure I did. I didn't weigh the almonds and we had trail mix. That stuff is dangerous for me! I love it. On to today.
Weight: 125.4 (I weighed myself like 4 times because the first weight was 127.2 and the three thereafter was 125.4 so I'm sticking with that. This is weird b/c usually I don't see a drop in weight until my period is done with. Maybe it'll spike again tomorrow.)
Training: OFF
Cardio: Any walking I do today.
M1: 1 whole egg, 0.6c eggwhite, 1tsp olive oil
M2: 1 scoop whey
M3: 145g canned tuna, salad, 1-2T light dressing
M4: 1oz almonds
M5: I don't know what to make for dinner!!! I'm thinking ground turkey. We'll see what I pull from the fridge.
M6: 150g ff plain yogurt, some pineapple *Note: fruit is not in the plan for today but if I have the cals for it, I'll eat it b/c it keeps cravings at bay.
