Today -- NROL Fat Loss I A4

Front Squats 3x12x65
2Pt DB Row 3x12x22.5

Supine Hip Extensions 3x12xBW
DB Push Press 1x12x20e 2x12x22.5 -- (and I couldn't do them with 22.5 last time!!!)

Rotational Lunges 1x6x17.5 1x6x15 2x12ex15e (17.5 was too much today)
SWB Crunch (feet on bench) 3x12x16
