There is another down side. I'm not good at sitting for very long. Makes sitting in theaters very uncomfortable. I need to shift or stretch out my legs every few minutes. My adductors hate me when I go to see a movie. As a matter of fact, after an intense sprint type workout, I get much better recovery the less I sit. Lying down is fine
