That's a tough question. In a lot of ways, it is like a distant memory and I know I would never go to those extremes. Yet, there are some food aversions that I still have but those might be just from eating healthy. The other thing too, which in hindsight is a blessing, is that I never binged when recovering nor have I ever. I'm sure at least 1 out of 2 girls have had some kind of disordered eating pattern.

Worked out at 5:45am....too early!
Weight: 128 (weighed post w/o with lots of fluids in me and it's TOM...not freaking out yet)

Lat pulldown 12x#5, 2x12x#6 (must figure out what the #'s are equivalent to)
Lat pulldown supinated grip (*I think, the chinup grip. I don't have access to a chinup bar or assisted machine and I don't have the means to buy one so...this will have to do.) 3x10x#6
Standing curl and press 3x10x10
Straight leg crunch (weighted) 2x15x10
Side bridge 2x60sec (called for 120sec but no way I can do that!)
Cardio: Tennis to be played later.
