Warm Up

Hyp 1 Workout 4B

Squats
4x10 at 195 lbs (+10 lbs)

Dead lift Shrug
4x10 at 185 lbs (+10 lbs)

BSS
4x10 at 25 lbs

Step Ups
4x10 at 25 lbs

Cardio

2 miles in 20 min

Change of plans yet again. I am going to 2 lifting workouts a week and the rest running to try to promote fat loss. We will see how this goes.
