band assisted - 8

bench press 18kg - 10
26kg - 7
18kg - 10
press ups hands then feet on swiss ball - 8,8

side plank 6x10seconds
ab crunch 6 x 10s
bird dog 6x10s

my right shoulder really hurts - will post in injuries
