Weight: 125 (pretty good considering it's TOM)
Training: Day C
DB press, alternating 6x20, 2x6x25
Incline press (db) 3x10x20
Arnold press 3x8x15
Seated rear delt raise 3x10x15
Cardio: Bike ride for 1 1/2, moderate intensity. Gorgeous weather for it!
Cals: Under, haven't eaten a lot.....so macros will be off but cals are in check!
