Tested sprint times today. Didn't do T-test because my hip, which I hurt a month or so ago and has been okay for the most part the last two weeks, started acting up. Also, I ran barefoot. Anyhow, my times were (best of three attempts for each):
- 10 yards: 1.68
20 yards: 2.56
40 yards: 4.69
Those are all pretty unscientific; it was just me and my brother at the track with a stopwatch. Anyhow, they're what I've got. So my goals for these three are going to be:
I still need to do the T-test and the other lifts. I also took a little bit of video of me running the 40 after we took all the times and will upload it as soon as YouTube stops being stupid.
