BreakIn is the phase that let's you learn movements and get ready for the rest of the phases to come. You're finding the weights you can do to complete all reps with good form, and I'd personally not go high enough that you have to lower the weight for the next set. But I agree with OG about STR and HYP… those are more about pushing it as much as you can.
