
In stage 2 for the one point db rows am i supposed to be doing 5 each side or 10? It read kind of like 5 per side but that doesnt sound like enough to me. Also I dont have a cable machine so I have been trying the horizontal wood chop as suggested on the floor with a barbell, however I dont feel like its doing anything. Where am I supposed to be feeling it? Ive tried to google and find a video to see if I am doing this right but no luck, any help would be appreciated thanks.
