I have decided to carry on my log from flzine.com (there my name was Xwave). I figured I would get more support since more people seem to be doing some form of OPT here. I started OPT remix in the beginning of May and then the last two weeks have been off since I had to fly back to Korea (from Van, BC) for a funeral. Tomorrow is when it begins again.
Background briefly:
29 years old, married almost 4 years, female.

I had a more running focused log here but I stopped that when I realized I wanted to shed some fat before getting back into it.
I was anorexic from 2003-2005. Honestly, those were years that were hard, I've worked through my issues and I am proud of where I am today. I've ran two half-marathons and with the gorgeous weather, I cycle and play tennis. Love being outside. I have done everything from eating whatever I want in moderation, bodybuilding style 6 meals a day, PSMF. Leigh seemed like a really well-educated, no BS type of person so that's why I bought FLTS and I love stuff on nutrition and fitness.
I'm doing OPT Remix to lose 5-10lbs, I want to lean out the midsection especially.

Hips (at hip bone): 33.5" See, I'm more apple than pear.
Chest under boobs: 29"
R. thigh: 21"
I don't expect huge scale movement. As long as I see difference in body composition and hopefully smaller measurements, I'm happy. Adherence won't be a problem...except for good wine. But on the other hand, I can't whine about results if I indulge.
Goals:
1) Adhere to the plan, the first week back at it will be toughest.
2) Stretch/foam roll a lot.
