DL 2x12x110 1x12x115 -- Used phonebooks to keep it off the floor.
DB Incline Bench Press 3x12x20e

BSS 1x12ex5e 2x12ex8e
Pull-overs 3x12x35

RDL 1x12x85 2x12x90
SWB Upper Body Russian Twist. 3x12xBW

i bought some of those rubber grips (Lynx) and they really helped with the deads, RDL and such.
