the day of my op when I was in bed all day GWF had me burning 1348 cals (of course i wasn't wearing it furing the three hours under general anaesthetic but cunted that as rest
)
If I take my average rest time per min it would be 0.95 x 60 mins x 24hrs =1368.
all in all seems pretty accurate
