Calculating BMR from GWF
Do you think it's legit to calculate one's BMR from the GWF?
I've been trying it with my sleep rates from midnight to 6 am. Using those numbers I vary from a low of 1512 to a high of 1668.
Using formulas (I don't know the name, standard ones Leigh gives us in her book) gives me 1785.
Or is night sleep too low as it accounts for nothing else?
I was wondering if I can track each night my "supposed" BMR and possibly see it drop over time.
