I typically burn about 150-200 calories during a lifting workout (30-45 minutes.) Today, NROL break-in, it was only 100 but I didnt' have time to even warm up on the bike for 5 minutes. A tough cardio w/o I burn about 400-500 (hour). I think my HRM is fairly accurate. I am 5'5" and 130lb.
