I planned all my workouts to the Jamaica vacation and I will almost finish by then which was my original goal. I have decided that I am not going to do Stage 6 and will go from Stage 5 to Stage 7.
I did the first workout of stage 5 today. It was good but the body weight matrix still kicks my butt, but I finished it twice. I had a hard time with the longer wait times as well on this one.
One-armed dumbbell snatch 4x4 1 set 20, 3 other sets 25
Dumbbell single leg Romanian deadlift 2x4 50 lbs, 2x4 60 lbs
Barbell bent-over roll 1x4 80 lbs, 3x4 85 lbs
Dumbbell single-arm overhead squat 4x4 5 lbs/10 lbs
Dumbbell incline bench press 4x4 50 lbs
Plank 3x 120 seconds
Reverse wood chop 3x4 25 lbs
