I could not BELIEVE how much the first few stage one workouts killed me.
Mind you, I'm an accountant by day (and a rather lazy super hera at night) so I'm sure that you will not have as much trouble as I did initially.
Get a foam roller though, or a tiger stick, or a rubber dog's ball. It really, really helps for the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS)
