Default Is it the Creatine, or the longer rets?

I don't really care, as it's working whatever it is..

But for a long time now, I've finished a WO, and have just been WRECKED..

I'd do my last set of chin ups or hanging chair raises and stagger home to make my PWO shake with trembling hands, and hope I get it down before I get too nauseous and end up on the couch for an hour, which also happened once in a while..

Now, up to this point I'd been resting maybe 30 seconds between sets (lifting heavy, 5 reps, 3 sets)..

But lately, after reading NROL and Maximum Strength, I started taking 90 to 120 seconds between sets..

It feels like forever compared to what I did before, of course!

And not only do I have more juice to finish each working set, but I notice I'm not so exhausted after the wo..

I can even do 10 min. or so of cardio after, and take my time making my shake..

All good news..

WAS it a CNS thing?

OR..

I also started taking Creatine again..

Could that be what's helped?

Combo of both?
