Yes I did. And since my weight loss has not been huge it would seem that 200 (or so) cals is a big difference.
I did not mention it before but I DO weight my portions. ALL of them.
I have not started or stopped any meds.
The only real variable I have noticed is the weather. It has been gloomy here for two weeks but I am still sticking to my activites.
I just dont know!
