Thanks for the articles! I was looking for that top one.

I prefer EAS Premium Protein for its whey/soy blend. The blend makes sense to me and seems to work well.

But I'm not sure i buy the idea that both are equivalent. Personally, I wouldn't consume a 100% pure soy supplement myself, being non-vegetarian now. I think whey is superior in many aspects but the blend balances out the benefits and negates the negatives while a pure soy blend just doesn't cut it for me.
