Default So far lifting off to.....

I'm up and going strong...brought my virtual person over here from Flzine, and happy to be back from 2 months on the road. haven't been able to ride because of back injury, but feeling awesome after losing 22lbs (with Leigh's help re: FLTS and MR repair.) Having to start over again with MR repair because the 2 months on the road got ahead of me, even though I lost weight. I'm 2 1/2 years recovering from multiple long term metabolic illness. Feeling great with the help of thyroid and a bucket of supplements. Still have a some health concerns which are slowly diminishing. what a relief! Still have to monitor BP daily, and would like to lose another 33 lbs, though a couple of my friends, and my doc are giving me a bit of a hard time about that goal. I don't really understand why because that would put me at a BMI of 21...normal (though I would secretly..hehe, like to be ripped at 120...we'll see... BMI of 20 is normal too) I guess they're just looking out for me.....can't be upset about that! I think it's important to have big goals and bigger dreams!

Anyway, just currently trying to stitch my back together, recover completely from pnuemonia, get off the steroid inhalers, and get active and fit again. Back to walking and stretching, and working the horses and playing with dogs, along with all the other stuff. Still too painful to ride just yet, but the horses need work on the ground for quite a while anyway, so it's a good time to stay out of the tack. Broken arm is really on the mend and tendonitis is more mild. Unfortunate as it is, I'm still a flailing torso, but charged, happy and ready to go!

daily metrics so far

weight 163.5
BP: 117/78 (nice!)
temp: norm
sleep: 7.5 (really good sleep last night; feel rested today)
fatigue: 2

sonics: Boss Hog's "walkin"
