But what are easy bodyweight exercises? Push ups? I can only do six military pushups from ground, and those are pretty heavy for me. Mahler's chin ups, dips etc. seem a bit heavy for me as well

Maybe I can do those lame ass women's health thingies, like the Evangeline Lily Lost workout!
