Well, hear me out. I go to the gym three times a week. The other days, sure I walk 45 mins and ride my bike to work, but basically I sit on my ass and stare at a screen in hypnotic unmoving bliss (aka surf the web). Which is where I will remain unless I get some kind of structure.
I think it's Craig Balle.. hmms.. Ballinty... Bally.. that TT guy who says you should workout every day. That would probably do a computer junky like me a world of good. But how much can I do on an off day that doesn't impair my recovery? I'm lifting pretty hard on those lifting days. Can I do a bodyweight circuit? Can I only do mobility work?
I'm just looking to get maybe 10-20 minutes of exercise a day in. Preferably strength & muscle stuff, since cardio bores me to tears

I agree. Something usually every day.
I usually do some running, but also
Calisthenics
Body Weight Workouts (chins, dips, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.)
Ab Work
Band Work (great for on the go)
