workouts
Hey Scribess,
yeah if it was up to me I would much rather workout in the am, I tend to be up and raring to go at 5am--but just don't know if it makes a difference one way or the other concerning my cortisol/adrenal issues--If I workout in the am, I am a bit sluggish during the day, but I am going to be anyway!!
My Doggie says thank you--you should see his sister--beautiful and I have two cats as well--Animal lover obviously!
