Smile NROL Making Sure I Finish!

I did the last workout of Stage 4 today and if felt good. I will start Stage 5 on Friday and try to keep on the schedule of Fri, Sun, and Tues with one extra day of cardio on a non-lifting day.

Deadlifts 3x8 120lbs
Bulgarian Split Squats 3x8 45lbs
Underhand Lat pulldown 2x8, 1x5 80lbs (Could not get past 5 on last set!)
Reverse Lunge from Box 3x8 40lbs (edited to include total weight of both dumbbells)
Prone Cuban Snatch 3x8 20lbs (edited to include total weight of both dumbbells)
Swissball Crunch 1x8 10lbs, 2x8 20lbs Overhead
Incline Reverse Crunch 3x8 BW
Swissball lateral crunch 3x8 BW
Prone Cobra 3x8 120 seconds
Intervals 1 minute sprinting, 2 minutes walking

I am going to post the rest of my workouts here as I get through this book to try and keep myself motivated. I am still debating whether or not to do Stage 6 as I am already able to do a chin-up.
