I just started stage 7 also. I am excited, but sore after one work-out also. A trainer I know has told her classes and me personally to drink lots of water...that helps to get the acid build up out of the muscle tissue. So, drinking lots of water the 12 hours before working out, during (which I have to refill, extending my 30 second rest period

), and after will really help. I think also, keeping your work-outs to 3 days a week like Lou suggests will allow your muscle tissue to repair while getting rid of the overload of acid. I am not an expert but have read back through areas of the book to clarify. Not to mention...I am an avid question asker...
