Dessie, when to work out is really a personal issue. My suggestion would be to try working out in the morning and then in the evening, and see which is better for you. If working out in the morning makes you even draggier in the afternoon, then stick to evening. If you have no energy whatsoever to work out in the evening, then stick with morning. I think this is the case for everyone regardless of cortisol levels.
