I'll start poking around more this week. I'm familiar with some of the big names around here from places like The FitCast, including Leigh. I'm actually trying to not make the beginners mistake of information overload right now.

One thing at a time. I'm reading on topic materials, listening to some podcasts and getting to know you guys. Plus I've maintained a set workout program for about 3 months now. My diet is better than it was.

I am seeing results, my weight has only changed about 12 pounds, which for somebody my size is pretty small in 3 months...but you can visibly see the huge difference in my body. My guy is flatter and more "hangy" (yeah, it's not cool, but it's a result) my chest and shoulders and starting to look awesome, my thighs have slimmed a bit. My calves first shrank, and then got filled back up with lean mass.

To quote....Phil Stevens...I think? "Sometimes you just need to do something, anything, and stick to it. Really believe in it, and not stress about what you could be doing. That's where you'll see gains." and that's exactly what I'm doing. A lot of these cool routines and crazy (maybe awesome) diets could really help me out...but right now I need to stick to my regular lifting schedule, and keep eating better than I was. When I see a bit more of a slow down in my progress, then I'll worry more about cutting my carbs and doing some body weight workouts on rest days and adding some more cardio.

Right now the name of the game is consistency, education and NOT OVERTRAINING (I have had some trouble with that in the past.)

Thanks for the encouragment guys.
