Default Cortisol and Training?

Hi All,

So I have read and reread the MRM book about cortisols and training and mostly touches on stressing out the cortisol and the levels going to high?? Well what if in my case I already went thru that phase and got to the point whereas now my cortisol levels are too low??

When I first realized there was a problem two years ago, my am cortisol levels were a bit on the high side and Just had a saliva test done two months ago an it showed:

AM: NOrmal Noon: depressed(very low) 4pm depressed and midnight: normal

So doc just started me on natural adrenal support and says to stay on that for 3-6 months--the funny thing is I could have diagnosed this without the saliva testing, because I would always wake up really early and raring to go, but by noon--I would feel the tiredness come on and would not get my second wind until 6pm

So my question is--now with this Gowear gadget--it is amazing how it also picks up on the whole cortisol/adrenal/tiredness, blah blah--In the morning my mets get really high doing nothing but getting ready for work, eating breakfast etc--then in the afternoons, my gosh takes doing my cardio/walking etc to get the mets above 1.5--So with that being said--

when is the best time to do my workout?
Do I take advantage of the extra calories burn in the morning--or will this only stress out the good functioning adrenal output?

Or should I work out in the afternoons and try and rise the metabolic burn, or will this only stress it out more??

Maybe someone knows more than I about this issue and can help me--I am currently still doing MRM program 1 1/2 weeks to go and only doing the cardio/workouts suggested, but even still maybe this is enough to help or hurt--since I break a sweat and do get my heartrate elevate?

Hey Etana--changed my picture--this is my doggie-My Baby!!
