and pictures! Sometimes clothes and mirrors don't tell the whole picture.
I swear i saw no changes from stage 3 to stage 5 in the mirror, so I had the hubby take some pictures and suddenly i see the box that the 6 pack will be in later LOL. No but seriously, there is some definition in my abs, you kind of have to squint to see it, but it doesn't show up in the mirror.
Pictures are the best!
