Yeah, exactly. I'm just finishing Stage 1 and people have been asking if I've lost weight, but in actuality I've gained 5lbs. I'm already getting leaner and I'm really only beginning. It's still hard not to get bummed when I get on the scale though so I'm staying away from it for a while; I'll be relying on the mirror through Stage 2 to monitor my progress.
