If you used the 7-foot barbell, that alone is 45 pounds. Add 40 more, and that's a lot of weight; are you a beginner weightlifter? Some women can lift that right off, I can't, and I've been lifting a while. Also, if your spinal erectors are weak, you'll be sore there. Just make sure your form is right; if so, and your weight is not too high, you're fine. You'll work through the soreness.
