calories in juiced veggies?
I feel great when I consume a lot of veggies, but can't always take the bulk, from a digestive perspective. So sometimes I will juice them--never fruit, just greens and lemon or lime (for example, 1 bunch kale and 1 lemon). How do I calculate the calories for this? Does taking out the fiber take out calories? Or does it not matter (calculate the veggies pre-juicing)?
