I'm sure there's an easier way, but if you go back into edit signature, just put your cursor in the middle and type the title you want - then delete the extra stuff off each end. I forgot to mention, if you want people to go to the last new post, you use a link like this:

http://forums.jpfitness.com/challeng...-new-post.html

So in your case, that would be:

http://forums.jpfitness.com/training...-new-post.html

*$%&*@# it cut off the full text. Basically after the word 'log' you put in -new-post.html
