Studies like that gave me a scare a while ago, then I read the actual abstract (Leigh linked it to me, I can look it up if you want), and it explained that it's mostly the 1st generation pills that inhibit lbm gains. The lighter 2nd generation pills and derivates (nuvarings, patches), allowed for a greater gain in lbm. Not as good as au naturel, but the different was a lot less dramatic.
