Looking at other posts, many recommended inactivity, ice, and using a foam roller. I'm wondering if that may be something to try. I've never used a foam roller but I looks like I could lay on it so it hits my front upper thigh and gentle rock back and forth.

Any thoughts? Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.
