Ahh .. Since I don't fry anything typically ... actually .. I really don't cook anything these days either. Although I'm contemplating getting one of those bad-a$$ smokers that Leigh mentioned in the recipe forum. I used to love to cook .. now I'm just lazy and go for raw foods or anything I can whip up in about 5 minutes. The drawback to being single .. cooking for one blows!!
Have you tried the Chocolate PB2? I wasn't wild about that .. which is shocking!
I wish I could find a cream cheese that didn't come loaded with a crapload of sodium! I checked mine .. and the plain one is like 180mg of sodium, which seems high for just 2 tbsp

I might have to just stick w/ my beloved Cottage Cheese since I'm able to find a 'no salt added' version of that
