Well....I do eat a lot of the foods you mentioned (bananas, milk, fish on occasion), and on the days I eat higher amounts of those foods, I tend not to supplement. It's tricky though! I really feel I've messed up my system so badly (especially re: water retention), that I'm looking to stay as balanced as possible. I'm hoping to drop most of these once my body adjusts (hopefully!!), but I think the fish oils will stay
