If you put your recipe into a cooking site like recipezaar.com, it should give you at least a ballpark figure of what the finished product will be.

Interesting post by the way - I'd heard of almond milk, but that was in connection of a Medieval cooking site which said that's that cooks then used instead of cow's milk as it didn't spoil as quickly.
