) - Your willingness to face these issues head-on is really impressive. Body image/dietary issues are SO hard to address after they have become ingrained in your identity.
Anyway...didn't come in here to babble! I just wanted to suggest (as I don't think you've mentioned trying it) having some warm/hot lemon water. I hold water like a camel and have found this to be pretty effective.
I've also been thinking about a GWF - a little worried that I might obsess over the numbers, but I think KNOWING my expenditure would help assuage some of my anxieties.
